Mr. Geries focuses on handling court appearances in all judicial and quasi-judicial instances in Israel. He has special expertise in tort and insurance law, and is highly knowledgeable in conducting complicated negotiations, mediations and arbitration that involve, among other things, real-estate transactions, hi-tech companies, construction companies, and other industrial businesses. Mr. Geries is often tasked with conducting legal due diligence and M&A transactions.
